What does Individual Leasing mean?
Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space.
What should I bring to my apartment?
We suggest that you bring:
• Bedding for a full-sized bed
• Toiletries
• Dishes/Cookware
• Decorations to make your new room feel like home

What is included in the rent?
Rent includes utilities (trash, premium cable, Wi-Fi Internet, furniture, access to Haven amenities, and more!
How do I pay my rent and when is it due?
Rent is due by the 1st of each month. Paying rent is as easy as 3 clicks through our app or online resident portal. Alternatively, you can always drop off or mail a check to our management office in the 1st floor lobby.

What do I do if I need something repaired in my apartment?
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.
Is roommate matching available?
Yes, we offer a roommate matching system. If you don’t have anyone in mind that you would like to live with, let us match you up with someone! There is a Roommate Matching Form that you will fill out to let us know more about what you’re looking for in a roommate. Then, we spend weeks in the summer figuring out the best match for you based on that information.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are pet friendly! Please contact us for exact details.
Is there insurance coverage?
We do require renters to sign up for mitigated risk property insurance. The Haven at M’s insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We recommend adding personal property insurance to your policy. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
